Specifications for Intel’s Core Ultra 200H processors, also known as “Arrow Lake-H,” have leaked online. According to reliable leaker Jaykihn, the Arrow Lake-H series will consist of five different SKUs, with the top model being the Core Ultra 9 285H, which boasts a TDP of up to 45W.
Unlike the desktop version, the Core Ultra 200S, released earlier, the Core Ultra 200H introduces Low-Power-Efficient (LPE) cores across all SKUs. Additionally, it will feature the Lion Cove Performance cores and Skymont Efficient cores.
Only the top SKU, the Core Ultra 9 285H, will have a TDP of 45W, while the other four SKUs will be capped at 28W. The remaining models include the Core Ultra 7 265H, Core Ultra 7 255H, Core Ultra 5 235H, and Core Ultra 5 225H.

As illustrated in the table, the Core Ultra 9 285H features a configuration of 6 P-cores, 8 E-cores, and 2 LPE-cores, with a boost clock speed reaching 5.4GHz. The Core Ultra 7 265H and Core Ultra 5 255H share the same core configuration but have lower boost clock speeds of 5.3GHz and 5.1GHz, respectively.
The Core Ultra 5 235H and Core Ultra 5 225H also have identical CPU configurations of 4 P-cores, 8 E-cores, and 2 LPE-cores. Both models feature a similar boost clock speed of 5.0GHz for the P-cores, but their base clock speeds differ at 2.4GHz and 1.6GHz.
Equipped with an Xe-LPG+-based integrated GPU, the Core Ultra 9 285H, Core Ultra 7 265H, and Core Ultra 7 255H (the three highest SKUs) come with 8 Xe cores. Meanwhile, the two lower-end models, the Core Ultra 5 235H and Core Ultra 5 225H, are equipped with an iGPU featuring 7 Xe cores.
The Intel Core Ultra 200H lineup is expected to launch in Q1 2025. Before that, the Core Ultra 200HX series, designed for high-performance laptops, is set to be introduced by the end of 2024.
